TECHO-OPTIMISM

On March 21, 2014 Mike Elgan posted a link in Google + for an article, he wrote just the day before,in Datamation called..."It's time to bring back Techno-Optimism." He went on to say.... "Here are my five reasons for technology’s bad new reputation."
(and what should be done about it)

It is a quick read with Mike touching on some very good points that we all should ponder upon, just a we bit. I agree with his summation that perhaps optimism is the answer for us all.

Just thought I'd pass this on.....and get your opinion too. I feel he put it very well after his 5th reason, and so I quote from his article.....

"The point is that the future is in our hands, thanks to technology. It’s time to get excited again, and to apply ourselves to building and buying and using new tools that solve the problems we care about. It’s called optimism. And we need it now more than ever."
