An Oregon man is on a mission to raise $10,000 for Charles Ramsey. Ramsey's the neighbor who helped save three kidnapped women in Cleveland. Robby Russell has launched a fundraising page for Ramsey. He set it up through the web site......... "Go Fund Me Dot Com." 

Russell said he felt compelled to do something after watching news coverage on the story.
"I thought maybe there's something I could do with all the constructive of all this feedback that people want to provide to him. Maybe I could help raise a little money so that he could be a little more comfortable throughout the situation," Russell said.     DONATE HERE
