How the US oil, gas boom could shake up global order - Open Channel With out much fan fair, what so ever China passed the U.S.A. in oil production. cheaper oil and gas are looming in our future. The oil strangle hold that Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has had on us will soon be a thing of the past.
